Anybody else woken up about 4:00 AM with a helicopter circling the Bay with a search light, over and over again, just north of Nursery Rd. Shining on all the docks on the south and north side? And what looked like blue lights from a cop car on the 331 Bridge? Then the red and blue lights raced down the Bay from obviously a boat, not a police car, stopped briefly across the Bay from my dock, then raced with only blue lights flashing as it sped east on the Bay and under the bridge while the helicopter followed along?
