Help! Chauffeur VPS airport to Blue Mountain Beach 8/14 & 8/21?

Our friends flying in from Colorado for a week at Sanctuary by the Sea have concern over the rental car shortage. It also may be too far for reliable Lyft or Uber (?)
Two friendly young adults, traveling with small child.
Car seat would be a huge plus!
Are there any retirees or locals who provide this service?
ISO trustworthy and reliable ride from Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport to Blue Mountain Beach and from Blue Mountain Beach back to VPS. I have flight numbers and can provide my cell.
8/14 Pick up: 12:25PM flight arrival
8/21 Drop off: 03:25PM flight departure

Uber/Lyft are hard to come by especially if they don't have a car seat.

Try booking with Black Taxi out of Destin.
