My sister-in-law is needing a 3br house on 30-A, walking distance to the beach. She is only needing a place untill Sept. 1st. And she is ready to move in with the cash in hand.

Here's the story on my sister-in-law: She is the recreation direator for Resort Quest. The last few months she has worked very hard on getting her interns a place to live for the summer, and now needs a place to call home for herself. She has a well mannered fat cat, but other than that she's a responsible grown up who will take care of your place and pay her rent.
