Hello everyone! I am really new to this site so I hope I am doing this correctly.
I am looking for a 3BR home (at least - larger ok), furnished, with a garage if possible. I would love it to be within walking distance to the beach and with a pool (with or without ok) ... any area from Pensacola to Panama City is fine as long as it is not in a "high" tourist area. I have had enough of the "rush rush" over the last year and would just love a place that was nice and calm. Not boring just calm.
I am unfamiliar with most of these areas - although I lived in Pensacola a last year for a few years and have visited that area all my life. I have not traveled in any of these new areas for over a couple of years so any help with what is in the area of the home is a great help .... grocery stores, shopping ...etc....
My husband's work keeps him out of town most of the time so I am looking for a safe area. I have two children at home (1 boy 16 and 1 boy 10) ... we are about the only ones home most of the time and since they are both home schooled and I work from home - I would like a quiet area but with the ability to still have amenities around that the boys would enjoy.
We have spent the last year traveling up and down the east coast but honestly....there is not a place we have been that is a pretty as the gulf coast. I miss my emerald water and pure white sand and would really love to move back to my "home area" ....
I have some things that have been in storage since we have been traveling but for the most part I need a fully furnished home. I have two big screens that I would to bring with me but as far as any other furniture - I sold most of it when we decided to travel - so all I have are basically kitechen items, and just personal things. I do have a bedroom suit for the smaller boy but I don't have to use it if you do not want me to.
All utilities would be great although I do need cable (expanded), internet, and long distance phone. If it is not furnished then I will handle it myself as long as the rent is within reason.
