Help with 1-BR rental

Hi! I am sure there is plenty of what I need out there but... I just don't seem to be able to find it. Some insider help will be much appreciated!

I am looking for a one-bedroom place, preferably on the beachside of 30-A, for a weeklong rental, in or very close (less than a mile) to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach, with access to pool.

Sorry to bother you with this, but I've been chasing my tail browsing to Web for days without much success.

Goates, the condos across the street from ours at Hidden Beach Villas are very nice. There are two complexes, one is the Palms of Seagrove and the other is Emerald Hill. Also check out Beachwood Villas, just down the street from us to the east. All of these places are available from Garrett Realty. Why don't you call them? We've used them for lots of vacations and have always been impressed with how helpful they are. They'll definitely get you a unit in the location you want.

I am not sure how many people you have but I have a unit at the Inn at Seacrest beach. Down the street from Rosemary, tram service to the beach, pool and hot tub onsite....

Hey there Goates My sister and I stayed at Beachwood Villas and loved it. Very close to Seaside, easy bike ride, they are right next to Seagrove Plaza. There is beach access the across street. If you go to my pictures there is one pic of the inside of our condo we rented. Went to vrbo.com This sight is great has a variety of 1br condos even some on the beachside. Happy condo hunting!!

There is a nice 1 BR at Grand Isle, just above Beach Java. Unit 303 rented by Garrett Realty...

Hi Goates, hope you found something already, but if you didn't find what you need through the other venues, you might try our place called Little Beach House, it's a one bedroom home in Rosemary Beach, just a short walk to the indoor sky pool. We are on the north side of 30-a, but everything is pretty close walking range. We're pretty booked up through July but have some open time in August.
