Id like to know what the current owner takes home annually after all bills are covered. Im a hair designer of 35 years and am moving to Florida to find a salon to purchase. You're a little late. This was posted in 2018 with a five year lease starting Feb 2019. That means that a little over 6 months ago that lease expired.
