good luck renting right now unless you're giving 50-60% off. I've stopped responding to inquiries after a week ago a lady called me and asked for my best price were i offered a huge discount and she said "ok i have 5-10 other calls to make". i've faced the fact that maybe 20% of condo's are booked for aug after the mass oil cancels and unless you're willing to give it away its hard to rent.

Uh... we're doing better than that. We didn't have "Mass" oil cancels. I lost and replaced 3 in my Gulf View condo and lost and replaced 1 in my Gulf Front condo. Yes, I have fielded several $70 / night for 2 night offers but I've also had much success. I offer a great rate up front. I WILL NOT give it away. We are having our best year ever

We had friends that stayed at this complex a couple of years ago and they loved it and the kids loved the pool area. I wish I could take another vacation and rent one from you!
