Is this the same one as the Rv oark high rise condos?

Did they ever decide to pass a height ordinance for all of Walton?

I had a conflict of scheduling that night and was not able to attend that meeting. There is a hold on high rises in NoWal, at the moment, until the BCC can decide what they want to do. However, the owner of the property with the proposed high rise (and RV park), was appealing, saying that they requested it before the BCC placed the moratorium on high rises in North Walton. When that project was first announced, I told you guys what would happen, and it went just as I said. It ain't rocket science. All one has to do is look at One Seagrove Place to see how NoWal might look. The Planning Commission should have shut this project down, before the BCC ever had to discuss height restrictions for NoWal.

I'd be interested in hearing from any of the probable five people who showed up for the meeting.
