The Tree House Episcopal Montessori School in Santa Rosa Beach is seeking a strong candidate for the position of assistant teacher. Hours are 7:45am to 3:15pm, Monday – Friday. This is an entry-level hourly position. Individuals must have an understanding of childhood development, a patience and respect for children, a desire to encourage children to be independent and an ability to model appropriate behavior. Teachers must maintain an environment rich with Montessori philosophy that is both safe and engaging for children. Education background required. Montessori experience preferred.
