Job Description and Required Qualifications:
We are seeking an engineering candidate with the following qualifications and experience in Site Civil design of residential subdivisions, condominiums, commercial developments, Municipal and Military projects that involve the design of utility, stormwater, parking and pavement systems, traffic concurrency and the associated regulatory permitting of these systems through FDEP, NWFWMD, local utility providers, and local municipalities:
* BS in Engineering
* EIT or PE license
* Minimum 2 years experience in design and management of Site Civil Engineering projects
* Proficiency in Autocadd Civil 3D Software
* Able to mentor and manage workload of entry level Engineers on design and permitting procedures
* Knowledge of Development Order process and regulatory permitting
* Proficiency with stormwater modeling design softwares such as Hydrocad, ICPR and/or SWMM
* Proficiency with water and wastewater modeling design software such as Watercadd
* Well organized with good communication and writing skills
Compensation and Benefits
* Payscale is $70,000 to $120,000 annually
* 14 Personal Leave Days
