Hi CP!

The sofa in the living room is a pull-out, so technically, the house can sleep more than 6. However, we limit the occupancy to 6 - that is the top limit for a small house with only 1 full bath. The Smith House has a great outdoor shower and an extra sink in the hall, tho.
