Historic point washington association quarterly meeting

Please be advised that the first quarterly meeting of 2009 will be held this Sunday, March 1st at 3:00 at the pavilion in Eden Gardens. This meeting is open to everyone who loves Point Washington.

Among topics of discussion are:

• Viewing the plans for the north end of Hwy. 395
• Ty Nunn will present drawings for Robert Davis and Tom Stein's development of both pieces of property flanking 395;
• Drawings for the TDC's plans to develop the dock, boat ramp, and parking;
• The possible hosting of social functions for the community
• There is also the position of secretary open. Any willing candidates please step up.
• Renew your membership and pay dues of $20. If you know anyone interested in attending and/or joining, please invite them

The entrance fee to the park will be waived. Also, the pavilion is not heated so depending on the weather, you might plan to dress warmly.

We are looking forward to kicking off the new year and bringing everyone together in a positive spirit. See you there.

Will any sort of report get published regarding how the meeting went? I am most curious and try to follow what is going on in Pt. Washington even though I don't live there.......yet.

Typically it's not published in the media (unless someone from the Breeze happens to attend) but you can always PM me.

Note to attendees - space heaters are currently being sought - if we have to move the meeting, someone will be posted there to direct folks to the new site. But we are hoping to go through with it being at the pavilion.

There is a heater in the pavilion which is on so it will be toasty when we get there. (Thanks, Foley) So the meeting is on at Eden. See you there!!!!!!
