The Honey Hutch is seeking a production assistant to join our friendly, relaxed team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The role involves preparing & packing honey and other related honey products.
· Part- time position
· Occasional Saturdays
· No allergies to bees
· Needs to be flexible with work hours

· Proactive, punctual and a self-starter
· Ability to life heavy weights; at least 50 lbs
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Hard working
· Energetic, reliable, fast learner and good communicator
· Have a good sense of humor
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent personal presentation
· Can work under pressure
· Valid Driver's License

- Achieve company's objectives in meeting production deadlines
- Meet the company's policies and procedures on quality control
- Preparing honey and other bee related products
- Assisting in the extracting honey
- Decanting and pouring honey
- Oversee packing of honey
- Dispatch duties including stock control and ordering of stock
- Comply with food and safety standards
