- Blue Ribbon Gumbo with duck confit, andouille, blue crab and heirloom rice
- Kale salad with asher blue cheese, roasted grapes, candied walnuts and honey thyme vinaigrette
- Citrus arugula salad with local citrus, avocado, pepitas, feta and herb dressing
- Crispy fried rice with farm egg, collard stem kimchi, green onion, peas and oyster mushroom
- Pasta primavera, caserecce, asparagus, english pea, zucchini, basil and pecorino romano
