Give your palate a whirlwind of flavor and let your taste buds explore the secret behind the soulful southern coastal cuisine with Hotel Effie’s Ovide new Prix Three menu -- 3 for $50 prix fixe menu, curated by James Beard Award-winning chef Hugh Acheson.

Add wine pairings to each course for an additional cost.

Diners receive complimentary valet parking

The menu will be available every day starting September 12th from 5:00-7:00 pm and guests are invited to choose one starter, entrée and dessert. Choose from Lowcountry favorites to other regional succulent delights, including:

  • Effie’s Biscuits with sweet butter and bacon jam
  • Blue Ribbon Gumbo with duck confit, andouille, blue crab and heirloom rice
  • Kale salad with asher blue cheese, roasted grapes, candied walnuts and honey thyme vinaigrette
  • Citrus arugula salad with local citrus, avocado, pepitas, feta and herb dressing
  • Crispy fried rice with farm egg, collard stem kimchi, green onion, peas and oyster mushroom
  • Pasta primavera, caserecce, asparagus, english pea, zucchini, basil and pecorino romano
  • Chicken piccata with arugula, goldbar squash, squash blossom, angel hair lemon and caper sauce
  • Bone-in pork chop with roasted apple, fennel, turnips and pork jus
A meal down South is never complete without a sweet ending so don’t miss out on the decadent desserts:

  • Chocolate pudding with passion fruit and toasted white chocolate
  • Key lime pie with fresh meringue
