Just interested to know if anyone has rented this house before. Located in Blue Mountain Beach. Curious if anyone has any comments. How close is it to the beach? Is the pool decent, etc.

Do they not show photos to answer all of those questions, on their website? They are really missing the boat if not. I have no idea where the house is located, but they should map it on Google Earth for their renters.
They do have home photos, just no map. We asked the owners for an address (Shell Seekers Cove) but don't have a number, supposedly next to Highland House. I did a google map search and it appears to me that it is in the Sunrise Beach subdivision.. Just hoping for some more intel from the forum. Thanks
Shell Seekers Cove is a small private street adjacent Sunrise Beach. I don't know the house but I believe they are all nice on the street and close to the beach. Here's one that's gulf front:

If it is in Sunrise Beach, the pool is pretty close to all the houses (very small sub-division), and all of the homes are very close to the beach walkover. I think the furtherest house from the beach in Sunrise Beach is maybe six houses. I think Sunrise Beach makes a great vacation rental spot. It is also very close to Gulf Place where you can go play, shop or dine. Also, adjacent to Sunrise Beach (west side), is one of our County's Regional Accesses which has a lifeguard station, so if you walk towards that way a bit to set up camp and swim, you may have a little added benefit, though that should not mean that you don't have to be aware of the flag system and potentially dangerous waters, nor should that mean you can turn your head on your young kids.

The home is not part of the Sunrise Beach community, however the pool that was put in last year is still rather small due to space. The house is beautiful on the inside and not far from the beach. The boardwalk behind the house will get you straight there without crossing streets or having to walk a long distance in the sand. Hope this helps also.
