[h=2]Dune Allen Realty (www.beautifulbeach.com), Vacation Management Company, in Santa Rosa Beach is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor. Must have at least 3+ years of experience. Must be able to work Saturdays. Please send resumes to Jessica@beautifulbeach.com. [/h]Main Responsibilities:

- Manage housekeeping assistant supervisor, all housekeeping contractors and inspectors
- Conduct property inspections
- Keep housekeeper contract files accurate and up-to-date
- Hire housekeeping contractors (and inspectors during the busy season)
- Check email frequently
- Attend a weekly meeting regarding any housekeeping issues
- Immediately report any housekeeping issues as they arise
- Check daily with front desk for any housekeeping issues, ie complaints, requests, etc.
- Have complete knowledge of work orders - when to write up, confirming work completed
- Maintain inventory report in backroom of linens, loaners, etc.
- Understand where and how we order new housekeeping items
- Fill out misc. charge reports for billing
- Keep linen room organized and inventory current
- Create weekly housekeeping and inspector schedules
- Weekly housekeeping billing
- Maintain deep clean report (inventory, condition reports and deep clean status)
- Learn how and when to pack housekeeping bags. In the peak season understand how to keep all the bags and housekeepers in order for Saturday turns.
- Maintain Dune Allen Realty housekeeping documents
- Conduct housekeeping meetings
- Get to know our vendors
- Keep inventory of all special items sent to laundry (comforters, pillow top mattress pads, rugs, etc. items that cannot fit in regular washing machine). To ensure we receive all back from laundry and to know which property it belongs too.
