Market is looking good. It might be best to wait a year unless you really Need to sell. The good news is if you price properly you should sell. Not very long ago I was beginning to think there was no bottom. I am still cautious but comps will show we are surely improving. Short sales are ruling. Also great deals in the massive areas of Watercolor that are too far from the beach.

Right now you would be competing with banks, which you probably want to avoid unless you have to. Prices in general have been falling for all of Walton over the last six months now that the incentives are gone. Probably not the best time to unload.
Then again, you have to know what your carrying costs are. It is likely that carrying costs for an additional year will cost you more than you might gain from increasing values in the next year. At the right price, demand is very strong. Just lowered the price on a lot two days ago and received three offers in the next two days. Now have a contract and a very strong back up offer.
