Hurricane Ian full panic thread

This thread is more for humor than actual information. I decided to post it since our newer transplants are in full on panic mode. I start paying attention when it gets into the Gulf and the track shifts to something bad.

For instance the current path puts us well on the west side. However, if you want to leave feel free, please do not wait until the last minute to jam up roads with those that couldn't leave early.

Being an old fart I am putting my hurricane panels on my upper windows so I won’t be rushed if it is a threat. Climbing that ladder isn’t as easy as it used to be.
Glad our Governor got that messy insurance problem solved.
