I think I will be looking for a 1-3 bedroom place by the end of August/beginning of Sept. for a LTR (a year minimum).

I (or we) am looking to move along 30A as close to 283 as possible. (Could go further out- this is just the ideal)

One or Two bedroom- looking for something under $850

or

Three bedroom- under $1300 and would allow one small mutt dog.

The difference is either living by myself or bringing my step-sister and her BF and dog with her.

So, if you don't have anything available till then- let me know Is this even possible???

Well- I said around that or $1300 and I have seen some on here for $850 in Heron's Watch so I was basically trying to see if any of those were available. **** or close to 30A- I didn't mean directly on it***** So yeah, just that area rather than downtown Destin or something- that's what I meant to say...
