WTF is wrong with people? Can they not just go to the sex shop and buy "normal" toys?You wouldn't believe how many x-rays we do a year that we are shocked at the people that have piercings in very unusual places. People you would never expect it of. We had this older gentleman that had a "jacobs ladder" we all about passed out.

A very close relative of mine works in the pathology lab of a hospital, and loves to tell me about the "extractions" that she hears about. The weirdest one recently was a mustard bottle and a baseball. (Not the same guy.)

I can't decide which is worse... though the idea of a cellphone up a bu#@ is totally unimaginable to me, I did once swallow a nacho wrong and I felt it the whole way down. My esophagus hurt for days...
Either way, what if the phone was set to "vibrate" and it rang???

A friend of mine from high school was training to be a paramedic and he was telling me about this x-ray in one of the books he had to read that showed someone who had an umbrella (one of the big ones with the points on it) up their bum.

My "source" said that they have seen the following, in addition to the mustard bottle and baseball: a candle, a glass Coke bottle, and a broom handle. (Keep in mind that they only see these cases because the object gets stuck.) The doctor at this hospital said that these self-inflicted "victims" are always male.
