Key Responsibilities:
- Produce ice cream, candy, chocolates, waffle cones, and related items according to company recipes and procedures
- Package products using approved methods and maintain proper inventory levels
- Follow FIFO practices for storing and rotating products and ingredients
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and production spaces
- Monitor product quality and report issues or waste
- Assist with ingredient ordering and tracking
- Lead or assist with training new kitchen team members
- Adhere to all food safety and health department regulations
- Work evenings and weekends during peak seasons as needed
- Culinary or pastry school graduates encouraged to apply
- Proven kitchen or food production experience required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to follow recipes with accuracy and maintain consistency
- Ability to lift and move products and ingredients as needed
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
