Pecan Jacks is looking an individual to assist in our Ice Cream making. This is a permanent position in Santa Rosa Beach FL.
The overall responsibility of an Ice Cream Maker is to ensure the designated pars are met and stores are adequately stocked with ice cream made following our recipes.
Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and responsibilities include making ice cream, ice cream maintenance and rotation, prepping ingredients, monitoring store and back stock inventory to ensure proper par levels are met. Clean & sanitize the equipment and area. Additional responsibilities will could include waffle cone making and ice cream delivery. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the production area. You must be comfortable with commercial cooking equipment and iPad technology.

Requirements for this position include
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience preferred making specialty food products
- Ability to learn and retain all product information.
- Must be dedicated and strong production oriented.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet during your shift.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a clean driving record.
