In need of long term rental near destin asap

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house in destin or sandestin area by June 10th. It is for myself, my girlfriend and our 6 month old son Jordan. We also have a 2 year old min pin dog that weighs 4 pounds so it has to be pet friendly also. We live in pittsburgh now and need help finding a nice house for our son to grow up in. I have perfect rental history for the last three years. I have a business starting in destin area June 14th so i need to be down ther for the 10th

They've currently got 200+ listing for $2,000 a month or less in the Destin/Santa Rosa Beach/Niceville search area. (I'd throw Niceville in there because the Bluewater area east of Meigs Bridge is a fairly decent commute to that part of the beaches) For the most part, all of those areas have some nice housing options, though there are some iffy streets on the west side of Destin.
