Could someone suggest an indoor tree that I could place in my living room? I will be placing it where it would not get much light at all.

I need to get my house reorganized for when the HGTV people come on March 16 to let me know I won the dream home.

Thanks for your support.

I think that a ficus tree is nice but it does shed its leaves quite a bit. I have had ones that have regular trunks and then ones that have a braided trunk. There are also many types of indoor plants/trees on the INSIDE garden areas of Lowes/Home Depot.

Good luck with the HGTV contest...

IBD is right. Lowe's usually has better plants, and there are LOTS of them that do not require a lot of light. Schefflera, Peace lillies, lots of trailing ivy-type plants, even some of the palm (like areca) and bamboo will do well with less light than you would think.

I couldn't remember who had the perma xmas tree, thanks for reminding me.

 It has been up now since November of 2006. I wonder if there is some sort of world record we could get....

Yes, the leaf blower method works well.

I wonder how many people actually entered evey day. I entered about 95% of the time. I can't find any past stats on the entries, so I have no idea the odds. Like that matters anyway. I am going to win out of shear conviction... :D

Thanks for the suggestions.
