Information on Sea Shadows Townhomes & Area Dining

My wife, our toddler who will be just turning one, and me will be travelling down the week after Easter to Sowal for the first time. We are staying at Sea Shadows Townhomes. Does anyone have any knowledge as to the general quality of this rental property and the units, or past experience staying here? Very little is out there for reviews other than a few pictures from the rental agency.

Also, any recommendations for casual lunch, dinner, or snack locations that we could bike to nearby that aren't too expensive? And what's the weather generally like mid-April?

Thanks in advance. The 30A bike trail looks like fun. We are looking forward to getting out of the cold and snow!

Sea Shadows is a nice older property, each unit's interior will be different depending on when it was last updated. It is in a quiet area on a high bluff with awesome views of the gulf.

Mid-April will be heaven, especially if you are in a cold place now. The water is still a bit cool but not enough to bother most visitors.

There are lots of places to eat on Scenic 30A, to the east you have Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach; to the west is Seagrove Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. Be sure to read the dining forum for details.
