"Hey, talked to a kid who works beach chairs in the area and he told me he was down in inlet beach putting chairs out in a zoned area when a man came out of his house and yelled at him to get off of his property, the young man explained to the individual that the area he was standing on had been designated as a chair rental zone and that he was not on the man's property, the man then turned around, went inside, got a gun, came back outside with the gun in his pocket and brandishing the top two thirds of the weapon at the young man at which time the beach chair attendant called the WCSO who promptly arrested the man and advised the beach chair attendant that he should press charges or most likely nothing would come of it."
