I'm proud to say that Ivy has been rated the most accurate analyst in the country by the most major of publications. Her husband David is amongst the brightest in the country. Their New York office is, not surprisingly, on the same street as Leucadia's who developed Rosemary Beach and own the PC Airport. We are talking about world class financial talent.

Ivy personally takes no shi* from anyone and during a conference call with the President of Toll Brothers asked "I want to know what Kool-aid you are drinking" I appreciate her candor.

Didn't you say they controlled the airport by way of an option? Can you say leverage?

Yes, but they don't hold the deed to anything yet. My point is you never know, one of the environmental lobbies could still win their lawsuit against the new airport. Why it would matter at this point is beyond me, but all we have is eggs, no chickens yet. ;-)
