Inspector (Part-Time)
We are currently seeking a dependable, honest person or couple needing
additional income to work a few hours on Saturdays.
We manage a small vacation property company in the Destin/30A area. Our
current inspection team is moving, and we are looking to hire a new inspector for
our business. The inspections will be approximately 3 hours each Saturday,
beginning around noon.
We pay per inspection with the possibility of making up to $300 per Saturday. Our
cleaning companies don’t check TVs, filters, light bulbs, beach chairs, and other
required items occasionally the cleaners miss something. The inspector
reviews and reports to us each Saturday via text.
Interested parties must have dependable transportation and live in the Destin or
30a area. No long commutes are considered. We sometimes have other day
errands, but we work around your schedule, as this position is part-time only.
The ability to begin immediately is preferred so that there is time to train with the
previous inspection team. We pay promptly.
