Is the beach free to get into? Does the beach have ramps for a baby stroller and how much are the tents with the umbrellas?

That's kind of what I'm getting at - private resorts, private beaches. The settlement may have set up beachfront owners to do whatever they want on "their beach".Didn't Seaside require certain renters to rent their setups? Those who wanted to use/had to use the gated obelisk entrance? They couldn't bring a cooler. Had to purchase from Seaside? Covid year or two? Ellen
Not Surprised - this is Huckabee, Gaetz, Desantis, Trump country. Not exactly role models for freedom and equality. The terms of the settlement seem worse for the public than what we had before the whole CU fight began.

All public beach accesses are free and open to the public. Select ones have lifeguards. Is the beach free to get into? Does the beach have ramps for a baby stroller and how much are the tents with the umbrellas?

Grayton Beach State Park and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park are free to enter through Labor Day weekend. Other area Florida State Parks with beaches have reasonable entry fees, such as Deer Lake State Park, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park, St Andrews State Park. No lifeguard stations as far as I know.
