Is there a "new" beach named Alys?

I read in a magazine while we were there about a new development. The family is developing it and it is named for their grandmother-Alice that had taught them to love the beach? And developing it in a way she would appreciate.

Probably tooooo expensive for some of us but such a sweet idea.
