According to the N.W. Florida Daily News, Jay Odom received a six month prison sentnence for political campaign violations. Not much huh.....

More than I expected. I thought he'd probably get a suspended sentence. But I suppose it will officially make him an ex con when he gets out. Isn't it nice to know that he gave thousands to many of Walton County's "public servants", including our sheriff?
It appears that the judge wasn't impressed with the letters he received. Must have been from Walton County politicians. Wonder if Sheriff Atkinson and the others Odom gave thousands to wrote begging for mercy?
