A Berklee College of Music graduate and former faculty member, Bill Rossi has over 30 years' experience teaching adults and youth with a very effective and successful approach he developed. (Venturing Together: Empowering Students to Succeed describes this approach.)
A basic tenant of his approach is that learning should be relevant to the student, with technique and theory learned to support the student's emotional expression, not the other way around. He's taught a wide range of students including youth who are experiencing challenges and professional adults, with a high degree of success. His forte is helping students to find their unique voice.
Bill is also an accomplished musician. He played professionally nationally for about 12 years as a young adult and is currently currently composing and developing a new style fusing Blues, Jazz, and Flamenco.
