NoHall...your friend needs a doctor.
Friend is going to doc if it isn't completely better soon--pain is coming and going, and friend thinks it may be stress tying his/her guts in a knot.
Or could be an ulcer............go to the doctor!!!

I'm still thinking doctor. Probably just a stomach issue too...but do NOT let her do the cleanse, unless a colonoscopy is scheduled, in which case the doctor will give specific instructions for how to cleanse. In that event, buy your friend a tube of aloe cream and some soft TP. 
Okay...friend shoulda gone to the doctor today...bleh...
