JOE/Beazer home deal

Just saw where Beazer homes (NYSE:BZH) has signed a deal with JOE to buy 681 home sites around the state, with 420 being in Panama City. Does anyone know where these sites are?
JOE stock is up $3.79 as I write this.

I think some might be at Southwood in Tallahassee.

If I recall correctly, the sites are in Panama City Beach (Beckrich Road) and Laguna Beach, both north of Highway 98...mainly pine forest now, nothing near the beach.
