will not be long now...Saturday the 16th should be interesting.....All these owners with private signs and their back yards full of vendors (getting kickbacks on rentals) will be history...Vendors for the time being can only be on HALF of public beach access. So all these honey-hole deals with home owners on their post-private beaches should be over .

Agree, BUT not in the wet sand after 15th only on owner property which stops at HWL usually about 20'+\- from wet sand..

I don't doubt they are breaking the rules and that the rules aren't being enforced, just saying I don't think it is currently allowed either.

Imagine what Sowal would be like if every beach and development rule was strictly enforced.
