I'm seeking someone to take over my rental the week of June 10-17 where I've already placed a deposit so I can move into complex where my other family members already have 3 townhomes. (We originally had 4 but mine was sold so I made alternate plans at Whispering Sands.)

I'm giving it one more try then I will be foregoing the plans with my family and taking this unit for myself. As stated in the subject line, I'm willing to kick in a $150 rebate - deducted from the initial deposit, so my kids can vacation with thier grandparents and cousins.
