Hi Jensky. Yes for the most part now. Although we did stay 11 years in Inlet Beach including around three years ago.
I do know that and right next door to and in front of the place we stayed last. We stayed in Shoreline 9 unit #3 facing the beach at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln near the walkover. Near the Lupin Beach Development. I've read of some complaints by tourists due to the noise they are hearing and all the shaking they are feeling from the equipment and trucks right by them. You aren't supposed to walk on the dunes but those dump trucks and other equipment sure have taken out the dunes in front of the place we rented. This is the place we last stayed. I've always seen signs about not walking on the dunes but I know the one in front of where we stayed last appears to be either not there or smaller. I know sea oats usually is planted on them.
Jenksy my husband and I prefer the quiet areas of the beach where the private townhouses are. So those are from Gulf Resort Beach to Inlet Beach. They cost a little more but that's what we prefer. High rise condos aren't our thing.
