Used to live in house 50 yards(if that) east of that water tower. From 3rd floor balcony had an unobstructed view of the Hilton house, 90% of Alys was undeveloped. I bet you can't get a peek at it
anymore.

Many folks don't know about "Grayton Dunes" seen here in the foreground. In the old days kids used to play in them and create summer-long pirate forts. They are part of Grayton Beach State Park and where the forest starts the park has cabins for rent. In this photo you can see "New Grayton" & "Old Grayton, A smidge of Alligator Lake outfall and Western Lake outfall. In the far background is Panama City Beach.
Looking west in the other direction we see Little Redfish Lake, Redfish Lake, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place, Dune Allen Beach and beyond to Sandestin and Destin.
