Delete, delete, delete. I just never could understand men who would show interest, make contact, make plans even, then somehow never be able to actually follow thru with the plans.

It sucks, and it has nothing to do with you, Kimmi. If this is how he treats you, can you imagine how he treats everyone else he knows? You said he has family in Connecticut. But he lives in LA? Sorry, I'm new to this. I hate to say it, but it does sound like he might be married. Have you googled him?
