My family of 4 stayed here last week and found this to be a wonderful unit in a great location at a reasonable rate. Nicely updated and decorated. Very clean kitchen contains everything you will need (we cooked most nights). One queen bed, twin bunks in the hall, sleeper sofa, full bath and a half. Queen bed was probably more comfortable than my bed at home.

For those who aren't familiar with the location, Eastern Shores is in Seagrove near the Eastern Lake outflow on a wide, flat section of beach about as close to the Gulf as a building can get. Eastern Lake Road is close enough to bike to Seaside, but out of the 30A traffic. (I wouldn't attempt to bike to Grayton or Rosemary, but I am not as fit as I ought to be). I did walk on the beach to Deer Lake State Park  every morning (and some were really cold), crossing the Eastern Lake and Deer Lake outflows along the way.

I highly recommend this unit for anyone seeking a small, affordable place to enjoy the beach and Eastern Lake. We rented through ResortQuest (also a good experience), but it might be available directly from the owners ... haven't searched that yet. I can't say enough good things about this Unit.
