Where is this located exactly? Have been reading about Alan Jackson and the ground breaking?

It is in PCB on Back Beach Road. It is across the street from the Wild Heron entrance and a long hike to the beach.

It wouldn't surprise me if La Borgata turns into yet another "celebrity-branded development" flop.

Somehow I can't connect Alan Jackson with a development named for an Italian village. (Dollywood made sense....but then again, I guess "Jacksonville" and "Aly's Beach" were already taken )
