Our schedule is now clear for the remainder of the year. We're offering Off Season Pricing of $380/night or $1995/Week to anyone and a further 25% discount for families displaced by Katrina. I wish we could offer even more of a discount for Katrina Victims but we calculated as low as we can go. Unfortunately, we paid well over a million for the property and you know what that means for house payments. Our normal in season rate is $3450 and in season it stays pretty booked. If you are a family seeking housing and have lost your home due to Katrina and can't afford the 25% off our off-season rates, still contact us and let us know what price range you are in and we'll see what we can do. We have friends with other rentals in the area and along with so many others on this board are in real estate in the area. We'd be happy to assist in locating housing.

Our neighborhood, Whites GulfView has just completed the private walkover we share with the gulf front condo complex across from the entrance to our neighborhood. This home is 82 Clareon Drive. It's a 3 Story with 4th Floor Observation deck and hot tub on the observation deck with great gulf views. There is a 2 car garage, 4 BR, 2.5 Bath, +Bunk Room. Sleeps 8-10. Nice place. Love the 4th floor observation deck and hot tub. The neighborhood is great and I know Clareon is just across on the North side of 30-A. How far is the gulf?

This home is the 4th house on the right counting the corner house when you go north on Clareon from 30A. So, walking to the beach you go out the door walk past 3 other houses on the east side of Clareon, then across 30A to the walkover. The walkover begins right at the edge of the bike path beside 30A. So, exact "distance" to the walkover I'm not sure but I'd guess maybe in the 150 yard range or so to the walkover.

We also, have a supply of beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, beach towels, a couple of bikes and a commercial ice maker in the garage.

Oh, also, in the pictures of the deck you see when you go to the link it has the old hot tub. We replaced it this year with a new one. Not that from the pictures you can probably tell much difference but, that has changed.
