Last Call Restaurant Group is now offering a great incentive program to add some key team members to our kitchen staff at all locations.
Each new kitchen employee hired in the next 3 weeks, will receive up to $1000 as a sign on bonus in monthly increments. This incentive also applies to our current team members that refer the new employees. The new hire will be hired at an entry level pay rate and will have to work 90 days before an hourly pay increase can happen.
Requirements for hiring and earning incentive
- Open Availability
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience
- Remain active and employed for the entire 90 days, If terminated or voluntarily quit, this incentive
becomes void immediately.
- Required to begin working by JULY 15th, 2019
- Incentive payout ends immediately when employment ends.
• How the payout will happen •
$250 for on the first full two week paycheck with more than 50 hours.
$250 after first 30 days of start date.
$250 after 60 days of start date.
$250 after 90 day of start date.
