[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Panama City Beach - Friends of Alabama native Julie Myers, 19, are passionately objecting to the removal of a beer funneling tube she was using at the Sea Wind's motel during spring break. Witnesses say Myer's boyfriend, Eric Short, 20, of Bessemer, Alabama removed the tube from Myer's throat before she had completely drained the eight ounce Corona contents of the funnel. Amy Clark, Myer's roommate and sorority sister claims that Myers was still coherent and able to communicate when Short made the decision to remove the tube. "It's not like she had passed out," said Clark. "I mean, she was still talking and crying about her weight and stuff. Eric was just jealous because it was Tyler's funnel and he thinks Julie wants Tyler. It ruined the whole night."[/font]
