This position provides and supervises customer service at all times by promptly completing all linen deliveries, pick-ups, and work orders assigned as well as ensure customers receive quality linen by following the appropriate linen processing procedures. Requirements of the positions include:
1. Assist in preparing linen and amenity bags. Manage deliveries, pick-ups and work orders for all
assigned properties. Maintain and complete assignment sheets daily.
2. Ensures that all laundry cleaning and distribution needs are met.
3. Assist with stocking and inventory of supplies. Required to count items, verify quantities when
supplies are low.
4. Must be able to lift, bend, move heavy equipment and remain on one's feet for extended periods
of time.
5. Will be required to work weekends and it is a non-smoking environment.
