I see 3 listings in this building, all are similar size (approx. 1,450 Sq ft.) however, the price points are interesting - the lowest is $299K. It's a little dated, but seems relatively attractive for the size and views from the unit........

You're right, the pricing is all over the board. I believe that the pricing has a direct relationship to the seller's need to sell. The unit at $299,000 is in foreclosure. The unit offered at $330,000 was originally priced at $430,000 in September, 2005 and the unit offered at $479,000 has been on the market since July 2004 at the same price.

My listing in The Legends is one of the 4 bedroom units. After reducing the price to $335,000 it quickly went under contract.

It's a great vacation rental development. There are 2 pools, a tennis court, volleyball set-up, barbecue area and a hot tub.
