Oven-roasted Red Snapper and Grouper, fresh from the Gulf -- YUMMY! That's what was for dinner at my house. Thanks to the anglers who pulled them in for me, and the Captain who put them on the fish!;-)

Recent catches I've seen coming off the boats in Grayton have been the limit on Red Snapper, with a fair share of Grouper, King Mackerel, and the occasional Cobia.

NewCastle would be good, but I am still recovering from being sick, so only water for me, until I am 100% again.

I saw a 61 lb. grouper on the dock in Destin yesterday. It was a big suckah!

No, I didn't go deep sea fishing. I was waiting on the docks with 60 kindergartners for the "all clear" after a natural gas leak at the Lucky Snapper restaurant prohibited us from starting the bus or cars and leaving our dolphin cruise field trip.

And all of them wanted to touch fish parts and throw bait fish to the pelicans. I'm sure some of their clothes were fairly aromatic by the end of the day. The 61 lb. cobia and little shark hung up next to it were part of the entertainment while we waited.
