Local Catch will open in Tuscaloosa on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Chef Adam Yellin and general manager Jimmy Hasser attended the University of Alabama and are currently ironing out final details before opening the doors to their restaurant that offers what they call "coastal cuisine with a southern twist."
