Locals wanting a last minute SoWal rental!

We are a family of five (2 adults, 3 daughters) who would like to spend the last few days of summer living on the beach. We live locally but haven't taken the time to really "vacation" this summer at all. We would love to find a last minute cancellation very close (if not ON) the beach. Anyone???

Our 4BR house is available the last two weeks of August. It's at 30A and Lake Causeway Road, about 100 yards from the Dune Allen beach access. I currently have it advertised on craigslist at $1,119 for the week -- 25% off the regular rate. I'll consider a shorter rental if you can't do a full week.
