I need a long term rental somewhere on 30-A. My roommate and I are young females, very responsible, super clean, we both go to school and/or work locally, and have lived in the area for years. Our lease is up at the end of May, so at the latest we need something June first, but if we can find something available now, we can get out of our lease early.
We need 2 or 3 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms, and would really like to rent a house, not a condo or apartment. But would love to see all options.
We need to stay under $1200/month....
And would prefer to stay off 30-A, not north of 98--but are open to suggestions!
